Tuffie Toys is committed to excellence and therefore we guarantee our products against all manufacturer's defects.

In the unlikely event you experience this problem, place the unused toy in the original packaging then contact us via e-mail at SalubriousDay@san.rr.com. We'll send you an RMA number with shipping instructions to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the toy in new & unused condition, we will send you a replacement or, if you prefer, we will refund your money (less shipping & handling).
- We offer no guarantees on the length of useful life of Tuffie Toys. While Tuffie Toys are extremely durable when used interactively, they are not chew toys and are not indestructible. For the safety of your pet, please supervise their play times with Tuffie Toys and replace the toy when it's torn or frayed.
- If your toy arrives damaged or is the wrong model, we will gladly replace it. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment via e-mail or phone to let us know the problem and we'll arrange to ship out your replacement as soon as possible.
Shipping Information:
- Customer is responsible for paying all shipping & handling costs.
- We ship our products via UPS (United Parcel Service).
- We ship from Arizona so customers shipping to Arizona should select UPS Ground to save on shipping.
