Sales Policies:

• Tuffie Toys only ships to customers within the United States of America (including Alaska & Hawaii). 
• All sales are in U.S. Dollars.
• Products shipped to California will be charged state sales tax (currently 8.75%). 
• Shipments to all other U.S. states will not be charged sales tax.
• Tuffie Toys will make every effort to supply your Tuffy Toy in the color of your choice.  However, if your color choice is currently out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a different color of the same toy model.

Guarantees & Return Policy:

• Tuffie Toys is committed to excellence and therefore we guarantee our products against all manufacturer's defects.

• If your toy arrives damaged or is the wrong model, we will gladly replace it.  Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment via e-mail or phone to let us know the problem and we'll arrange to ship out your replacement as soon as possible.

• In the unlikely event you experience either of these problems, do not remove the tags or give the toy to your dog.  Place the unused toy in the original packaging then contact us via e-mail at SalubriousDay@san.rr.com.  We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with shipping instructions to our warehouse.  Upon receipt of the toy in new & unused condition, we will send you a replacement or, if you prefer, we will refund your money (less shipping & handling). 

• We offer no guarantees on the length of useful life of Tuffy Toys.  While Tuffy Toys are extremely durable when used interactively, they are not chew toys and are not indestructible.  For the safety of your pet, please supervise their play times with Tuffy Toys and replace the toy when it's torn or frayed.

Shipping Information:

• Customer is responsible for paying all shipping & handling costs.
• We ship our products via UPS (United Parcel Service).
• We ship from Arizona so customers shipping to Arizona should select UPS Ground to save on shipping.
